Return Policy

We take pride in ensuring we do the best in our ability in packaging your purchase to be delivered to your door step in the condition of the photos. 

We use Royal Mail, DPD and private courier services to deliver your purchases. The packages have "Handle With Care" stickers on them. In rare occasions, there is a slight possibility that the packages may not be handled with care. 

We have a no refund or return policy as our items are made to order and personalised. 

We do not accept any returns from outside of the UK.
